Blinds365 makes every endeavour to ensure the quality of our product and that our customers are happy with the product that they receive.
Blinds365 provide a 24 month (two year) warranty on products listed on the Blinds365 website from the date of original purchase unless otherwise stated.
Blinds365 warranty excludes product fading, malicious damage, misuse, product that has been removed from the original delivery address, product that has been altered or tampered with in any way from its original delivered condition.
Return of product under warranty must be arranged by the customer. All costs associated with the return of the product must in the first instance be borne by the customer until such time as Blinds365 can assess the claim. If deemed a reasonable warranty claim, Blinds365 will replace or repair the product and return by courier to the original customer.
Product deemed defective by a customer must be advised to Blinds365 within two working days of receipt of delivery (copies of shipping/postage documentation will be required) using the appropriate support email address located on the Blinds365 contact us page.
